Correspondence files pertaining to steam railroad and electric railway companies' annual reports, [ca. 1907-1933]

This series consists mainly of incoming and outgoing correspondence but also includes memoranda depositions submitted by company officials, and duplicate and amended financial schedules from annual reports. This series is similar in content to the Correspondence Files Pertaining to State Coach and Omnibus Companies' Annual Reports, Series B0302. Both series deal mainly with annual reports previously filed with the Public Service Commission and contain clarifications, amendments, or explanations of these earlier reports. Often, the files in this series to that found in the annual reports submitted by the companies (see Series 10093). Researchers should examine these correspondence files in conjunction with the annual reports to ensure that data contained in specific reports was not later amended or altered.
